Why can't I type my Sound Soap Pro serial number in the Bias Key control panel using 10.2.8?
There is an issue when attempting to enter your serial number in the Bias Key control panel using 10.2.8. Some users may lose the ability to type characters in the serial number field (step 2).
Users who experience this should type their serial number in a text editor or similar text application, then copy and paste the serial number into the serial number field within the Bias Key control panel.
