Why does my CD burn fail verification when I have "Verify After Burn" checked in the burn audio CD dialog?
Peak uses the internal Apple disc burning system to burn Red Book CDs directly from Peak's Playlist and the Document window. If you are getting an error message that the "Burn failed, verification failed" it might be that the CD burner you are using does not support burn verification. The Verify After Burn feature is currently not supported on all CD writers.
* The best way to verify an Audio CD has been written correctly once it has been burned is to listen to it. *
Please note that if you have already burned your CD with the Verify After Burn check box enabled, the integrity of the CD master has not been compromised.
