I had a problem with my computer and lost my authorization in the process, how can I re-authorize my computer?
Q: I had a problem with my computer, and had to re-format the hard drive, and lost my authorization in the process, how can I re-authorize my BIAS software for my computer?
A: Once you re-install your BIAS software, simply use the BIAS Authorization Manager, just as you did when you first installed your software. The BIAS server will recognize that you are re-authorizing the same computer (as long as your hardware has not changed), and will re-issue the same Authorization File as you originally received.
