Keep track of your project

Document Drawer When working with multiple audio documents, and many markers, regions, and loops, there's a lot to keep track of. Peak's Contents Palette and Drawer offer an easy way to stay organized. These windows allow markers, regions, and loops to be sorted in ascending/descending alphabetical or chronological order, or instantly selected, auditioned — even drag-exported to the Finder or to other applications. The Drawer also offers quick access to that document's edit history list.

Edit your audio your way — quickly and accurately

Selection Tools Peak's high-precision waveform display, and customizable selection, snapping, and blending modes make short work of your editing tasks. Whether you're fading songs in and out to make CD tracks, cutting loops for a remix, or carefully redrawing the waveform at sample level to remove unwanted clicks and pops, Peak has you covered with lightning-fast editing, and a flexible, highly customizable work environment to suit the nature of the project at hand.

Reference, Region, and Loop Markers

Markers Reference/region/loop markers help locate CD tracks, verses, lines of dialog, pops and clicks, or any other area of interest in an audio document being edited. Navigate to markers by typing in the first few characters in a marker's name. Mark up beats based on amplitude, and then process each slice independently. Add markers based on a file's tempo — don't know the tempo? Use Peak's highly acclaimed Guess Tempo™ function to find out, and then use the Loop Surfer™ to extract perfect loops instantly and easily.
