BIAS Alternate Authorization Upload Form

To use the Alternate Authorization process, you will need to generate an Authorization Request File, by following the Alternate Authorization directions in the BIAS Authorization Manager. If you have already transferred your Authorization Request File to this internet-equipped computer, please follow the steps below to continue the Alternate Authorization process.

1. Click the "Choose File" button below, then locate and select your Authorization Request File and click the "Choose" button.
2. Click the "Send Authorization Request File" button below to transmit your Authorization Request File to the BIAS server.
