ENTIRE BIAS PRODUCT LINE NOW AVAILABLE ON MAC OS X

Suite of Mac OS X-Native Pro Audio Tools Includes Peak 3.0, Deck 3.5, Vbox 1.1 and SuperFreq

Macworld Expo • New York- July 17, 2002 • BIAS, Inc. announced today that its entire line of pro audio production software is available now for Mac OS X, Apple's super-modern operating system.

The full version of Peak 3.0 shipped in the first quarter of 2002, and Peak 3.1 is being released later this month.

Early this year BIAS also shipped one of the very first Mac OS X-native VST audio plug-ins — the SuperFreq 10-band paragraphic EQ. Last month the company released Deck 3.5, the Mac OS X-native version of the highly-acclaimed multitrack recording editing and mixing application. Deck 3.5 is the very first surround-capable multitrack digital audio workstation available for Mac OS X. And today BIAS is announcing that Vbox 1.1, its revolutionary audio signal processing control environment, is now available for Mac OS X, making BIAS the first pro audio manufacturer to bring its entire product line to Mac OS X.

BIAS will be showing its entire suite of Mac OS X audio software products in the Guitar Center booth (Booth #561) at Macworld Expo. BIAS product specialists will be on hand for demonstrations and special show pricing will be offered.

Peak 3.0, Deck 3.5, and Vbox 1.1 are available now through the worldwide network of authorized BIAS dealers and distributors. Peak has a suggested retail price of US $499.00, Deck has a suggested retail price of US$399.00, and Vbox has a suggested retail price of US $99.00. BIAS offers entry-level editions of Peak and Deck, Peak LE and Deck LE, each for US $99.00.
